In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002), we inform you that THE ORGANIZER is a Limited Company whose domain has been registered in the Commercial Registry in protocol 198 of 27/01/2009 in volume 2725, book 0, folio 176, section 8, sheet GI-48601

The sale of tickets is understood to be made at our registered office and purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of the general conditions at the time of purchase.

The following purchase conditions are intended to establish the terms and explain the details of the ticket purchase operation by users who proceed to purchase through this means, as well as the rights and obligations inherent to the ticket(s) subject to purchase.

1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

THE ORGANIZER offers any interested person the possibility of purchasing tickets through the Internet to attend the different shows it organizes. Internet users who access THE ORGANIZER's website and, specifically, this ticket sales section, voluntarily assume and agree to respect the terms and conditions of the purchase contract, to which they are subject, and which are set out below.

2. FORMALIZATION OF THE PURCHASE

From the moment the user places the purchase order for one or more tickets, they will be called "BUYER", and will be obligated as such to THE ORGANIZER, who will hold the status of seller. The purchase made through the Internet by the BUYER and received by THE ORGANIZER has a binding contractual nature.

The BUYER must correctly and completely fill in the required data and undertakes not to enter third-party data. The receipt of the purchase order will be confirmed by THE ORGANIZER, by email or other means without delay, and from that moment the purchase will be perfected and both parties will be bound to fulfill what was agreed.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING TICKET PURCHASE THROUGH THIS SITE

The acquisition of the ticket(s) represents the acceptance, by the BUYER, of the following General Conditions:

A) The ticket has different security measures. However, the Organization does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased at one of the official sales points. Any ticket that is amended, broken, suspected of being counterfeit, or illegally acquired will authorize the Organization to deny access to its bearer. In these cases, if access to the venue is not allowed, the Organization declines all responsibility. It is a condition for admission to have the complete ticket in good condition. The ticket must be kept until leaving the venue.

B) The number of tickets, price and location will be chosen by the BUYER in the purchase process and cannot be modified once formalized.

C) The purchase of tickets through THE ORGANIZER's official website has a ticket printing service, which allows (i) printing the ticket at the same time as completing the purchase process (downloading a pdf file) or (ii) saving the file on the computer for later printing. In exceptional situations, for technical and/or security reasons, the ticket printing service could be deactivated, in which case, the BUYER must present themselves at the venue box office where the show is held, with a minimum advance of 1 hour before the event, to collect the ticket(s). To proceed with collection, the BUYER must present at the box office:

The credit / debit card with which the purchase was made.
The ID / passport of the holder of said credit / debit card
The purchase operation receipt (Purchase Confirmation) sent by email.

D) Once the ticket is purchased, it will only be changed or refunded in case of event cancellation, in which case the purchaser may request a refund within 30 days from the date of public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by THE ORGANIZER, and presenting, in any case, proof of purchase. In any case of refund, THE ORGANIZER will only refund the ticket amount and is not responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, hotels, travel, meals, allowances, etc.

The expiration of the period established in the previous paragraph without the BUYER having requested the refund of the amount corresponding to the purchases made will be understood as the waiver by the BUYER of the refund of the amounts that, where applicable, might correspond to them. In no case will any refund proceed beyond the established periods.

The BUYER's inability to attend the event for reasons beyond THE ORGANIZER's control and/or error in making the purchase will not be valid reasons to request a refund of the ticket price.

E) THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, if circumstances require, the dates, times, programs or announced performers, and also to decree the suspension of the show.

4. ACCESS AND STAY CONDITIONS IN THE SHOW FACILITIES

A) THE ORGANIZER always reserves the right of admission. The minimum legal age to access this type of events is 16 years. Any minor of this age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

B) For security reasons, when accessing the venue, attendees may be searched and, in no case, will objects that may be considered dangerous or prohibited by current public show security regulations be allowed. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will therefore legitimize the prohibition of access:

The introduction of alcoholic beverages, weapons, instruments that can be used as such, flares, fireworks or similar objects.
The introduction and display of banners, symbols, emblems or legends that imply incitement to violence.
Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic substances or similar.

C) THE ORGANIZER may deny access or expel from the venue the ticket bearer in case of non-compliance with these conditions or in case of ignoring the instructions made by the organization staff or venue staff.

The denial of access or expulsion may also be carried out in the case that, reasonably, it can be foreseen that their stay in the venue poses a risk or danger situation for the bearer themselves or for other attendees at the event, with the bearer being personally responsible, in all cases, for their own actions and omissions when these cause injuries to third parties or material damage.

D) THE ORGANIZER reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show. Taking photographs, with or without flash, filming or recording is prohibited. The ticket bearer acknowledges that they may appear in images taken inside the venues by different media for their subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorizes such use.

If there is video surveillance at the access, we inform you that your image will become part of a file for which the organizer is responsible, for the purpose of access control and event security, as well as resolution of any incident. You have the right to exercise regarding the processing of your data the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to them before the event organizer.

5. USE OF PURCHASED TICKETS

A) The ticket(s) purchased on this website must be kept until the day of the event as if it were cash. The BUYER of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized, assumes all responsibility in case of duplication, photocopy or forgery of the same, losing all the rights that it grants to access the venue.

B) THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for any loss or theft of tickets. Nor for any personal belongings.

C) The purchase of tickets does not grant the BUYER the right to use the same, or its content, for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and/or raffles), unless with express and written consent from THE ORGANIZER. Non-compliance with this prohibition will legitimize THE ORGANIZER to invalidate the ticket(s) and initiate any legal actions it deems appropriate for claiming the damages that such conduct may have caused to THE ORGANIZER.

6. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and implementing regulations, the personal data of BUYERS will be incorporated into an automated file for which Mustramit, SL, located at C/ Nou, 12, 2-2B 17001 Girona, is responsible.

The incorporation of such data into the file in question will be carried out to be able to carry out the management and monitoring of the purchase until the show for which the tickets were purchased has been held. Only in the case that the buyer had unchecked the box for the processing of their data for commercial purposes (at the time of "payment" within the purchase process), this data would not be used for subsequent communications by THE ORGANIZER.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Spanish legislation applies to the ticket purchase that takes place through this site.

For any controversy that may arise in the execution of the purchase, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Girona city, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
