LYONNE

Information

LYONNE, a singer-songwriter born in Buenos Aires and based in Copenhagen, comes to Barcelona on November 6 as part of her upcoming tour, performing in an intimate duo format alongside guitarist Claudio Suriano at Club del Disco Barcelona. Her music has been featured on radio stations in Spain, Denmark, and Argentina, while critics on both sides of the Atlantic have singled her out as one of the most promising emerging voices on the new music scene. This recognition includes four-star reviews in GAFFA and a recommendation in the print edition of Rolling Stone Argentina. The Danish press has described her sound as a meeting point between Rickie Lee Jones and Sting, while also highlighting the atmospheric and evocative quality of Suriano’s guitar. The concert will explore songs from Buenos Aires, her latest album and the second chapter of the trilogy LYONNE is dedicating to the cities that have shaped her life: Nueva York (2023), Buenos Aires (2025), and an upcoming album dedicated to Copenhagen, alongside songs from her previous records. Trained under the mentorship of Argentine jazz musician Jorge López Ruiz, who worked directly with figures such as Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, LYONNE brings this legacy to the stage. Her voice and Suriano’s guitar trace the warmth and rhythmic pulse of her repertoire, revealing the most intimate side of her songs. Lyonne - vocals and guitar Claudio Suriano - guitar
