CIRILO FERNÁNDEZ TRÍO | FERNÁNDEZ - LAPORTILLA - GIMENO

The trio’s aesthetic approach is based on a fluid and natural interplay between written music and improvisation.

Drawing on one of jazz’s most traditional formats, the piano trio, the group works with original compositions built around the song form. These pieces are infused with a variety of influences, bringing together rock, pop, contemporary classical music, and jazz.

They will be performing music from their latest release, «Cabezon», as well as a selection of jazz standards.

Cirilo Fernandez — piano
